On November 27th, the opening report meeting for Dr. Zhu, a postdoctoral fellow jointly trained by the postdoctoral workstation of Zhejiang Xinli New Materials Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang University, on the research project "Efficient Polymerization and Performance Study of High-Performance Specialty Nylon" successfully concluded. This deep collaboration between industry, academia, and research injects core scientific research strength into the company's high-end new materials R&D, helping to break through industry technical bottlenecks.

High-performance specialty nylons, as core materials for modern high-end manufacturing, are widely used in strategic fields such as automobiles, electronics, and aerospace. Their technological self-sufficiency is crucial for industrial upgrading. This project focuses on the industry's core pain points, using molecular design innovation as the core pathway. By optimizing polymerization processes and precisely controlling the material's microstructure, it constructs a quantitative correlation system between performance and structure, striving to overcome the challenges of efficient production and performance customization of specialty nylons, laying a solid technological foundation for large-scale industrialization.
